The new rental building known as The Orchard coming to the Lower East Side at 86 Delancey Street is on its way up. It is located at the corner of Delancey Street and Orchard Street and will rise to 12 floors with 24 units. SWA Architecture is the executive architect with Alexander Gorlin Architects responsible for the design; it is being developed by Helm Equities.
